Refund & Cancellation

At Korvia Smart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@korviasmart.com or call us at +91 90549 89888.

2. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items such as personal care goods or items on clearance/final sale are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
